System Pumps and Gradient Forming
LABOMATIC HD-5000 NEW triple piston gradient pump with an integrated system controller for preparative HPLC
LABOMATIC’s new HPLC pump generation
The LABOMATIC HD-5000 is a further development of the established LABOMATIC HD-3000 HPLC pump. Like its predecessor model, the HD-5000 consists of a system controller and pump mechanics for an almost pulsation-free flow. And, as our existing customers will know, this new system is also designed to be extremely durable, low in maintenance and suited for a wide range of preparative HPLC applications with the highest degree of flexibility and comprehensive functionality.
Unique, active mixing system for low pressure gradients
This new and unique mixing system was specially developed to significantly reduce the gas release of liquids. Special valves are automatically controlled to adapt to the gradient profile and flow. Low pressure gradients can thus be set within a wider range of <2% to >98%, not only between the usual 5% and 95%
The LABOMAT VS-2000 is used as a control unit and gradient former for MPLC or HPLC systems. The instrument is especially suitable for binary, ternary and quaternary low and high-pressure gradients with a flow range from 0.2 ml to several liters per minute. Methods can be created in which the gradient data, pump flow and up to 10 switch valves can be programmed (i.e. the sample injection valve, column reversed flash valve and column selection valve). All these options make the VS-2000 well suited for optimal scaling up.
The MD-50/80/100 MPCL pump is designed for use in medium pressure chromatography (MPLC) with a flow range from 1 to 156 ml and a pressure range up to 40 bar.
