The LABOMATIC HPLC valve and column system control panel is used for mounting instrument components such as the LABOMATIC HD-5000 pump, the LABOCORD-5000 UV/VIS spectrophotometer and up to 8 system valve switches and several HPLC columns.
The design is flexible: the different valves can be mounted on exchangeable subpanels and autosampler components such as spray pumps and rinse pumps can also be installed.
Up to four 5-liter storage bottles can be connected in the stainless steel tub. These can be monitored by a leak sensor if required. There are also optional filling level sensors available for monitoring the solvent level. All suction tubes and stainless capillaries can be installed on this housing.
There are mounting rails on both sides of the panel which can be used to mount other system components as required. All panel elements are made of solvent-resistant materials and a spray wall behind the equipment protects the instruments and unit from external influences.
This system control panel is for the placement of several LABOPORT MPLC system control valves, for the mixing chamber during gradient chromatography, vacuum suction set, sample loops and Labomatic vials.
A system trolley produced to customer specifications for housing a complete MPLC or HPLC system including the required chromatography columns.
The exhaust trolley is produced to customer requirements and used to house a complete MPLC or HPLC system including the required chromatography columns. Normed upper and lower air vents ensure optimal ventilation and safety. On the two bases stainless steel tubs are installed to collect possible leakage. These tubs can also be fitted with leak sensors. There are two models available: One model is with stainless steel covers and sliding windows made of safety glass. The other model has covers and sliding windows made of polycarbonate.
This housing accommodates the LABOMATIC BR-100 or BR-200 recorder and can also be used to house a computer with its keyboard. Thanks to the pull-out shelf, the keyboard or the recorder are freely accessible or can be stored if necessary. At the rear there is a 6-fold plug board with central current supply to all individual components.
